chris slawson image ELR has finally found the kitchen manager and head chef it has been awaiting.  We are so pleased to be joined by Chris Slawson in the kitchen.  Chris is a well-trained raw food chef with experience from the days of Terra Bella down south and more recently as executive chef at the newly opened GLOW cafe in Sun Valley, Idaho.  He is super-knowedgeable and really understands the philosophy of our food.  We like him alot already, which might have something to do with his strawberry macadamia cheesecake!
